During his rally in Darbhanga, Bihar, Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched a strong political and national security message ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections.

He criticized the RJD-Congress alliance, claiming it would bring back “jungle raj” and urged voters to back the BJP’s lotus symbol to ensure development and law & order. Shah highlighted major initiatives in Bihar, including AIIMS Darbhanga and a proposed metro project for the Mithila region.

Emphasizing national pride, Shah invoked the Ram Temple’s completion as a reflection of India’s cultural and spiritual unity.

In a bold statement directed at Pakistan, Shah warned that if Pakistan dared to conduct nuclear tests or sponsor terrorism again, India would respond with “shells, not bullets,” referencing the Modi government’s past cross-border operations after terror attacks.

He also announced a Defence Corridor for Bihar to create thousands of jobs and reduce migration. Shah accused the RJD of opposing women’s empowerment programs like Jeevika Didis, positioning the BJP as a party of progress and security.
