Bihar Election 2025: PM Modi Promises 1 Crore Jobs, Industrial Revolution, and an End to ‘Jungle Raj’ in Arrah Rally

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed a massive election rally in Arrah, launching a powerful pitch for ‘Viksit Bihar’ (Developed Bihar) and promising 1 crore new jobs, a surge in industrial growth, and a final end to ‘jungle raj’. The speech, delivered amid loud cheers from thousands of supporters, set the tone for the Bihar Assembly Election 2025 campaign.

‘Viksit Bihar’ Will Power ‘Viksit Bharat’, Says Modi

In his address, the Prime Minister said Bihar’s development is key to India’s progress.

“Viksit Bihar hi Viksit Bharat ka aadhar hai,” Modi declared, adding that he could see “excitement and enthusiasm everywhere.”

He thanked the people of Bihar for their overwhelming turnout, saying their energy “strengthens his resolve” to make Bihar a growth engine for eastern India.

PM’s Big Push for Jobs and Industry

Modi’s speech was anchored around job creation and industrialisation. Reiterating the NDA’s election promise, he announced that the government had prepared a concrete plan to create 1 crore employment opportunities in the state.

“The youth of Bihar should work in Bihar, not migrate. Your dreams are our resolve,” he said.

He also said that the next five years would mark the rise of an industrial Bihar, with new investments in textiles, tourism, and manufacturing, positioning the state as a key player in eastern India’s economy.

“Bihar will witness an industrial revolution. We will make it a modern, self-reliant hub of development,” the PM added.

Sharp Attack on Opposition: ‘Jungle Raj Leaders Will Face Historic Defeat’

Modi launched a scathing attack on the RJD-Congress alliance, calling their manifesto a “document of betrayal and lies.” He contrasted it with the NDA’s “honest and visionary manifesto.”

“The leaders of ‘jungle raj’ will face their worst defeat in history. These god-like people of Bihar are not fools — they know the truth,” he said.

He also mocked the opposition’s internal disputes, claiming that the RJD pressured Congress to declare its CM candidate.

“After the elections, they will start breaking each other’s heads,” Modi said in a lighter vein, drawing laughter from the crowd.

‘Delhi Should Come and See Bihar’s Wave’

Taking a dig at political pundits and analysts in the capital, the Prime Minister said the ground reality in Bihar was far removed from the media’s calculations.

“Those sitting in Delhi and making calculations must come to Bihar and see the real wave themselves,” he said, asserting that the NDA would secure a record-breaking victory.

Operation Sindoor and National Security

In a brief but emphatic note on national security, Modi praised the success of Operation Sindoor, reaffirming his government’s stance on terrorism.

“India will kill terrorists inside their homes. Our armed forces have shown that no one can challenge India’s resolve,” he said.

The Road Ahead for Bihar

As the campaign heats up, the NDA’s development-focused narrative — anchored in job creation, industrialisation, and stability — is being positioned as a direct counter to the opposition’s ‘social justice and revival’ campaign.

Modi’s Arrah speech served as a rallying cry for a new Bihar — one rooted in growth, opportunity, and an end to the era of lawlessness often referred to as ‘jungle raj.’
