Actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are officially married. The couple exchanged vows in an intimate yet elegant celebration held near Udaipur on February 26, 2026.
The wedding festivities featured two distinct ceremonies honouring their cultural roots. The morning began with a traditional Telugu wedding at 10:10 AM, reflecting Vijay’s heritage. Later in the evening, a Kodava-style ceremony paid tribute to Rashmika’s Coorg lineage.
The couple shared their first official wedding photographs on social media, accompanied by heartfelt messages. Rashmika introduced Vijay as her husband in an emotional note, expressing gratitude for his love, support, and encouragement. Vijay, in turn, described Rashmika as his best friend and the person who makes him feel at home, revealing that he “made my best friend… my wife.”

The festivities included vibrant haldi and sangeet ceremonies attended by close family and friends from the film industry.
According to reports, the sangeet turned into a lively celebration featuring music from the couple’s own films. Popular tracks from Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade brought nostalgic energy to the evening. Songs like “Inkem Inkem” and “Kalyani Vachaa Vachaa” were crowd favourites.

The haldi ceremony was set in an open, circular outdoor venue adorned with soft wooden panelling, pink rose petals carpeting the floor, and baskets of bright marigolds. Personalised floral placards reading “Rushie” and “Vijay” added a special touch. Rashmika also included decor elements dedicated to their pets.
