A shocking incident unfolded in Maharashtra’s Rajgurunagar on Tuesday morning when a student allegedly attacked his classmate inside a private classroom during an ongoing lecture, triggering panic among students and staff.
According to police, the assault took place in the presence of a teacher, who was conducting the class at the time. The accused student reportedly used a sharp weapon to injure his classmate before fleeing the scene on a two-wheeler immediately after the attack.
The injured student was found lying in a pool of blood inside the classroom and was rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment. Hospital authorities have said that his condition remains critical.
