To give someone Admin access to your Facebook Page, follow these steps:
On Desktop (Facebook Website)
- Go to Your Page
- Open Facebook and go to your Facebook Page.
- Access Page Settings
- Click on “Manage” in the left sidebar (if using the new Page experience).
- Scroll down and click “Page access”.
- Add a New Admin
- Under “People with Facebook access”, click “Add New”.
- Click “Next” and search for the person’s Facebook profile by name or email.
- Set Admin Role
- Toggle “Give access to full control” (if you want to make them an Admin).
- Click “Give Access”, then enter your Facebook password to confirm.
- Wait for Acceptance
- The person will receive an invitation to accept the role.
On Mobile (Facebook App)
- Open the Facebook App.
- Go to your Page.
- Tap “Manage” → Scroll down to “Page Access”.
- Tap “Add New” and enter the person’s Facebook name or email.
- Toggle “Give access to full control” to make them an Admin.
- Tap “Give Access” → Enter your password to confirm.
- They will receive an invitation.
Important Notes:
- Only existing Admins can give Admin access.
- The person must accept the invitation before they become an Admin.
- If you are using the classic Page experience, go to Settings > Page Roles instead.
